Your Treatment Session
The duration of your Morpheus8 treatment session can be around one and a half hours depending on the targeted skin area. A numbing cream is applied to the skin for optimal comfort. Next, the Morpheus8 device is run across the treatment area to deliver radio frequency energy.
After Your Morpheus8 Session
The patient can go home or back to work right after their Morpheus8 treatment. Temporary tightness in the treated area can be felt for the first few days. Specific skincare instructions will be provided to prevent complications and help achieve optimal results.
After a treatment session, almost no downtime or recovery time is required. Patients must avoid sun exposure for a time. Sunscreen is recommended, along with a good moisturizer. Minor redness may be present in the area, but it will fade. Makeup can be applied starting a day or two after the treatment session.
Patients typically require one to three Morpheus8 treatment sessions. Results appear in around three days, and they continue to approve for up to three months as new collagen grows.
